Homeplus Albania is recruiting field agents (preferably girls) in the field of real estate.

assignments

1. Finding and identifying properties and establishing a network of collaborators.
2. Communicate and establish continuous contacts with owners or administrators.
3. Organization of site visits, description and photographing of management facilities.
4. Completing relevant forms for any property, collecting documents and submitting them to the office.
5. Escorting clients in the property.
6. In this position, the minimum of contacts and contracts is applied on a daily basis.

Qualifications and requirements

1. Have experience in the field of field sales.
2. Work independently on the ground.
3. Be self-organized.
4. Have negotiation skills and communication.
5. Be dedicated and motivated.
6. Have knowledge of English and knowledge of basic computer programs.
7. Be over 25 years old.
8. Fixed fee + commissions.
